SHIPPING POLICY

Congratulations! You’ve placed your order with Temple. What’s next? (Besides the celebratory dance…)

PROCESSING TIMES:

Our Temple Fulfillment Team prepares every order with care. Most orders ship from our location quickly. Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) will ship within 24 hours. WOW now that’s fast! 

If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday. If your order is placed during a US public holiday, it will ship the next business day. 

Orders placed during large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays may require additional processing time — which can be up to 2-3 additional business days. Rest assured: we always strive to get you your gains as fast as possible.

If you notice an error on a recently submitted order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We’ll help you get it fixed! You can make changes to your order within 1 hour after you place it but we will need to double check that it hasn't been shipped yet so please get in touch right away to confirm. 

Important: From October 1st to January 31st, couriers cannot guarantee shipping times and ETAs provided at checkout should only be considered a guide.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COST 

We ship with UPS standard shipping. Shipping availability, rates, and speeds may vary based on location.

National orders

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $100. 

Gift Cards, being non-shippable items, are excluded from the total purchase value when calculating the Free Shipping threshold.

International 

International Superhumans need gains too! As we have partnered with Open Border, Duties Taxes, and Import fees are calculated at checkout. These fees vary by destination, so for more information check your local laws.

International shipping is categorized into 3 different areas, and different rates/ conditions apply based on area: 

 

Please note: The estimated transit timelines above show the approximate number of business days it will take for your package to move from our warehouse to you. The timeline for your chosen shipping option begins the day we ship your package, not the day we receive your order. 

Remember, it can take up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment (see Processing Times above). To calculate your approximate delivery date, add 1-5 business days (processing time) to the number of business days listed for your chosen shipping option (transit time).

TEMPLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL TIMES.

We wish we could, but we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds can be impacted by a number of factors beyond our control. Customs checks, severe weather, supply chain shortages, and other challenges may result in unanticipated delays. We will not be held liable nor offer refunds for these types of delays.

ORDER TRACKING:

As soon as we process your order in our Temple warehouse, we generate a tracking number. You will be sent your tracking number via email with your shipping confirmation.

Please keep in mind: there will be a delay up to 2 business days between generation of tracking number and when the carrier registers the package in the system.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

We have partnered with Navidium —a package protection and tracking solution — to help improve your experience and easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. 

By selecting Navidium shipping protection at checkout, your package is 100% secured in the case of it getting lost, damaged, or stolen. Fun fact: 90% of customers choose this option!

A: That would be devastating! ​To protect your order against loss or theft, add Navidium package protection at checkout. When you add Navidium, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval. Upon approval, we will proceed with either a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

Q: ​How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged order?

A: It’s easy! ​If you secured your order with Navidium at checkout, email info@wearetemple.co to file the claim.

RETURNED ORDERS

If the courier cannot complete delivery due to address typos, service disruptions, or other issues, they will return the order to us. Please notify us at info@wearetemple.co immediately if this is the case. Once we receive your message, we will arrange a resolution.

RETURN POLICY

Here at Alpha Lion we stand behind the unparalleled quality of our products. That’s why we make our returns policy as hassle-free as possible.

If you need to make a return, please email us at info@wearetemple.co. Include your order number and a description of why you want to return your products.

If the reason is due to receiving a faulty product (highly unlikely but not impossible), please include a high-quality picture of the fault so we can take it back to quality control and continue to improve.

• It is not a digital product or gift card. We do not provide refunds for these.
• It's not a limited edition. Limited Editions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All items must be returned to the following address at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty. Please ensure you contact us first so we can help you with the return process.

Once received, we will verify your return and if approved, all refunds will be made to the original payment method minus shipping costs. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
